YEAH YEAH YEAH!! 
I can’t believe a year has already passed. It feels like the wedding just happened not very long ago.
Although you two spent half of the time apart in 2 places in the past year, but I am glad you guys get to celebrate the first anniversary together, especially on a Caribbean cruise trip! *jealous* I wish you guys have the best time in the coming 3 weeks.
In my prayer, I wish that sis’ application can go through ASAP and move to US, so that you guys can be together all the time, and celebrate all the anniversaries on the years to come. 
p.s. Remember to bring me souvenirs. Lots of souvenirs!!! 
又一年了! 時間過得真快, 感覺姐的婚禮好像剛完畢不久.
雖然過去一年你們倆相聚的時間不算多, 不過我好為你們今次的週年紀念之旅高興, 還要是加勒比海遊輪之旅(妒忌!) 總之希望你們再這3星期玩得盡興啦.
